The contract covers a large, high-profile corporate campus incorporating formal lawns, ornamental planting, woodland areas, hard landscaping, lakes, river corridors, road networks, and pedestrian and cycle routes.

The scope includes year-round grounds maintenance alongside a fully managed winter services programme, ensuring the business park remains safe, accessible, and visually consistent for tenants, staff, and visitors. Works are delivered in line with defined performance standards and are subject to regular inspections by the client and landscape architect.

Redlough operates a structured, performance-led maintenance programme aligned with the detailed contract specification. All works are carried out to agreed schedules, supported by documented site attendance records, monthly reporting, and ongoing quality inspections.

Our approach integrates fine and rough grass cutting regimes, planting maintenance, litter control, hard-standing cleaning, and proactive tree and hedge management. Ecological areas, including wildflower meadows and the Griffeen River corridor, are managed to balance biodiversity with safety and presentation.

A dedicated winter services plan is in place each season, incorporating forecasting, decision and treatment matrices, gritting, salting, and snow clearance. All winter operations are managed by trained personnel using maintained and calibrated equipment, ensuring timely response to adverse weather conditions.
