About Project
Redlough deliver landscape maintenance services across a nationwide network of Lidl stores, operating to a standardised Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) specification issued by the client’s Portfolio & Facilities team.
The scope covers routine and seasonal landscaping works to active retail environments, including store forecourts, car parks, planted areas, loading bays, and boundary treatments. Services were delivered across multiple regions, requiring consistency of standards, compliance with client procedures, and reliable reporting.
Works carried out in accordance with defined visit frequencies, seasonal schedules, and statutory health and safety requirements.
Our Approach
A structured PPM-based delivery model was implemented to align with Lidl’s national facilities standards. Each site operated to an agreed visit frequency, with works typically delivered on a two-person crew basis and planned to suit live retail environments.
The maintenance programme included grass cutting, litter picking, planted area maintenance, hedging and tree works, trolley bay and car park presentation, kerb edging, minor repairs, and winter-period tasks. All waste material was removed from site and disposed of in line with current legislation.
Clear reporting procedures were followed, with issues such as damaged fencing, paving defects, or drainage concerns recorded and communicated to facilities management with photographic evidence, ensuring visibility and prompt resolution.
